• Can I buy another customers' dials?

   No. Special patterns are only sold to the customer who contributes to the cost of creating the artwork.

• Can I buy just one dial?

   Yes - we may make two just to be sure. We are regularly asked for small quantities and have the flexibility to produce them.

• Can I have any colour?

  Yes. We can match samples to recognised colour systems. We also have our own standard colours.

• Can I have any shape?

   Almost - we have our own range of tooling that we have laid down over many years and if we do not have it, we can have it made for you.

• Can I have my own design?

   Yes. There is a one off cost for making your special design and printing pattern. Your design is exclusive to you.

• Do you have standard designs?

  We have some standard designs which are available to all customers. Most of our customers prefer to lay down their own special designs.

• Is tooling costly?

  Use of our standard tools is included in the price of the dial. There is simply a charge for setting up the appropriate tooling. If we have to make new tools, we advise you of the cost.

• What dials do you have in stock?

   We do not stock dials. Every batch is manufactured to order. We do have an extensive library of designs that may suit your requirements.

• What does a dial cost?

   It depends on the size, material, number of colours, tooling operations and the quantity required. Prices can be as modest as a postage stamp. We quote for each job individually.

• What is the biggest and smallest dial you can make?

  Our largest regular size is 33 inches (840mm) and our smallest production dial is 1/2" (13mm). However, we can produce special items outside these limits.

• What is your normal delivery lead time?

   We aim to despatch product to you within three weeks from the date when we received the order. For new designs there can be significant work involved developing the designs and commissioning any new tooling. This can lengthen the process and can add up to four weeks before production starts.

  If you need an urgent delivery we will always try. If we cannot meet a deadline, we will tell you.
